Application for Services
The University of Maine at Farmington provides reasonable and appropriate accommodations to qualified students with disabilities who request services. Students requesting services must provide current documentation of the disability from their health care provider. This documentation should provide information regarding the onset, longevity and severity of symptoms, as well as the specifics describing how the disability has interfered with educational achievement.
